A) LIABILITY INSURANCE

In accordance with the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services, ProConventa d.o.o. has entered into a Liability Insurance Agreement with the insurance company Generali osiguranje d.d., for damages caused to travelers due to non-fulfillment, partial fulfillment, or improper fulfillment of obligations, policy number P13-1020267578.  

The insurance is valid from 27.04.2024 to 27.04.2025.

B) GUARANTEE INSURANCE FOR PACKAGE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

In accordance with the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services, ProConventa d.o.o. has entered into a Guarantee Insurance Agreement with the insurance company Generali osiguranje d.d., policy number P15-1020001028.  

The insurance is valid from 05.06.2019 to 05.06.2020.

C) TRAVEL INSURANCE PACKAGE

ProConventa recommends that all participants of events it organizes, and all travelers, take out a travel insurance policy, including trip cancellation insurance.  

In accordance with the Law on the Provision of Tourism Services, the agency’s employees are obligated to offer travelers a “travel insurance package,” which includes voluntary health insurance during the stay abroad, accident insurance, baggage insurance, and trip cancellation insurance. If the traveler requests these insurances, they can be arranged directly through ProConventa employees, with ProConventa acting only as an intermediary.  

ProConventa d.o.o. has entered into insurance sales brokerage agreements with the following companies:  

– Allianz Zagreb d.d., contract number Z 2014/0082  

– Euroherc osiguranje d.d.  

– UNIQA osiguranje d.d.
